Quality Assurance: We manufacture hydraulic fitting made of Mild steel EN1A series (Lead) and Spring Steel for wire guards, Profile cuts of SAE flanges, Split flanges (duly tested for hairline crack on the Mild Steel sheet).

We ensure that the quality is consistently maintained and well documented of all the operations in the Shop floor. Pre-check of the raw material and the post-check of the Hydraulic Hose assembly asper SAE and DIN standards.

We manufacture bends that are of international quality and they are Single piece 45 and 90 degrees bends of various drop lengths.

When it comes to testing the finish Hose assembly - we don't depend on any outside agency to check the finish product, because we want to be sure that our finish products are monitored and supervised by our skilled Technicians and specialised Engineers at our manufacturing by our QAQC department. And our Test pumps have the capacity to test the Hose assembly which can derive pressure upto 40000 PSIG as per SAE and DIN standards.
